The Fairycorns of Alnilam are a sub-species of the Unicorns of Alnilam. The Fairycorns were born to protect and serve as companions for the people they are sent to. They are about four-to-five inches tall from hooves to horn. Males are a little larger and have beards, while females are smaller. All have semi-transparent wings and have the ability to be invisible to all but those they're sent to. Occasionally, multiple births happen and the siblings have a psychic connection to each other. These Fairycorns are generally sent to people who will be apart for a time, so one sibling can relay what is happening to the other.

Aliya was sent to Carol Allen-Covino to watch over her and her baby,
Gabrielle.
Minna and Rae
Minna and Rae are twin sisters. They were sent to Dusty and Kevin Hilton,
respectively, as Kevin is in the New Jersey Army National Guard and they are

Kadin and Rin
Kadin and her twin sister, Rin, were sent to watch over Edward and Lisa
Moulton (yes, that's me . . .). Ed is in the US Marines.

present.
Ganit
Ganit was sent to Andrea "Banrai" Brooks to watch over her. That is her
paw in the photo.
